All custom orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates our policies or contains inappropriate content. Minimum order quantity is 20 pieces.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and payment terms may be available for bulk orders.

5. Production and Delivery

Production time is typically 25-35 days from order approval. Shipping time is approximately 7 days depending on location. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product does not match the approved design. If the error is on our end, we will provide a full refund or remake at no cost.
