Shipping & Delivery Policy

At VarsitySweater.com, we provide factory-direct, custom-manufactured varsity sweaters. Because every order is made to your specific requirements, our delivery timelines are split into two categories:

1. Website Orders (Automated Checkout)

For all orders placed directly through our online customizer and checkout, we offer a streamlined Express Service as our standard delivery method.

Order Minimum: 20 pieces.
Production Time (Handling): 25–30 business days (approx. 3.5 to 4 weeks).
Transit Time: 5–7 business days (approx. 1 week).
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase.
Payment: Full payment is required at the point of purchase to initiate production.

2. Custom & High-Volume Orders (75+ Pieces)

For orders exceeding 75 pieces, or those requiring specialized payment terms, we recommend contacting our Customer Service Department. These orders are handled manually via invoice.

Pre-Production Samples (Optional)

Email/Photo Review: 7–14 days for sample creation.
Mailed Physical Sample: Additional 7–10 days for international transit.

Production & Payment

Production Timeline: The 25–35 day production window begins only after the final sample is approved.
Payment: Full payment is required upon sample approval (unless separate B2B payment terms are pre-authorized).

3. Tax-Exempt / Resale Orders

If you are a business purchasing for resale, please provide your Resale Certificate to our team before payment. We will issue a tax-waived invoice for your records.
